No account is required. You can start generating emails immediately. Your generation history is stored locally in your browser, so you maintain full control of your data.

How does the AI generation work?

ReachWriter uses advanced language models to analyze your inputs (industry, role, pain points, value proposition) and generate personalized email content. The AI considers tone, style, and best practices to create compelling outreach messages.

How many email variations can I generate?

Each generation creates 5 unique variations. You can generate as many sets as you need. Each variation includes performance scoring to help you choose the best option.

What tones are available?

We offer 5 different tones to match your outreach style:

How do I access my generation history?

Click on "History" in the navigation menu to view all your previously generated emails, subject lines, and follow-up sequences. You can search, filter by type, and export your history as JSON.

Can I share my generated emails?

Yes! Each generator includes a share button that creates a unique URL with all your inputs. Share this link with colleagues to show them your exact configuration and results.

What makes a good cold email?

Effective cold emails are:

Should I edit the AI-generated content?

Yes! Always review and personalize AI-generated content before sending. Add specific details about the prospect, their company, or recent news to make your outreach more authentic. The AI provides a strong foundation, but your personal touch makes it effective.

How long should my subject line be?

Optimal subject lines are 35-50 characters. This length displays fully on most email clients and mobile devices. Our subject line generator automatically scores your subject lines and highlights the optimal length.

When should I send follow-up emails?

Best practices suggest:

  • First follow-up: 3-4 business days after initial email
  • Second follow-up: 4-5 business days after first follow-up
  • Third follow-up: 1 week after second follow-up
  • Stop after 3-4 attempts with no response

Privacy & Data

Where is my data stored?

All your generation history is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. We do not store your emails, subject lines, or follow-up sequences on our servers. You have complete control over your data.

What data is sent to the AI?

When you generate content, we send your inputs (industry, role, pain point, value proposition, tone, template type) to our AI service to generate personalized content. This data is only used for generation and is not stored permanently. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export all your generation history as a JSON file from the History page. This allows you to back up your data or migrate it to another device.

How do I delete my data?

You can clear your entire generation history from the History page using the "Clear History" button. This permanently removes all locally stored data from your browser.

Technical Support

What browsers are supported?

ReachWriter works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.

Why is generation slow?

AI generation typically takes 5-10 seconds. Factors affecting speed include your internet connection, server load, and complexity of your inputs. If generation consistently takes longer than 15 seconds, try refreshing the page.

What if I encounter an error?

If you experience errors:

  • Refresh the page and try again
  • Check that all required fields are filled
  • Ensure your inputs meet minimum character requirements
  • Try a different browser if issues persist
