How many variations does it write?

Choose 3 to 10. Each variation takes a different angle — pain-first, a personal observation, a question, social proof, a plain short ask and so on — so you can A/B test real differences rather than reworded copies.

Will the emails invent facts about my product or the prospect?

The writer is instructed to use only what you type. If you leave out a result or customer name, it writes around it or leaves a bracketed placeholder such as [result for a similar customer] for you to fill in. Always read a draft before you send it.

What makes a cold email personalised rather than templated?

A specific reason you are writing to this person now: something they posted, a hire, a launch, funding, a new location. Add it in the "Personal hook" field. First name and company alone are merge fields, not personalisation.

Can I use these emails in Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot or Gmail?

Is cold emailing legal?

B2B cold email is legal in most places when it is honest and easy to opt out of. In the US, CAN-SPAM requires an accurate sender, a non-deceptive subject, a physical address and a working opt-out. In the UK and EU, PECR and GDPR add rules on legitimate interest and personal data; emailing individual consumers without consent is generally not allowed. Check the rules where your prospects are.
